MORTGAGE ADVISORY
J.S. Realty is committed to arranging favorable mortgage financing for our prospective buyers which often makes the difference between success and failure of a sale.

PERFECTION OF TITLE (Governor’s Consent)
As part of our service to our clients, J.S. Realty is pleased to assist clients with application for Governor’s Consent/ Perfection of Title with Lagos State Government.

We are able to guarantee a completion period between 30- 90days (maximum) from date of application, all things being equal.

Each application should be accompanied by the following

  1. Four (4) copies of a duly executed Deed of Assignment with (four) 4 copies of sun print survey plan showing the location is free from government acquisition
  1. A duly completed Form 1C bearing the Assignor(s) signature/company seal as appropriate and Assignee(s) signature
  1. Applicant should make available up to date Tax Clearance Certificate/ Development Levy receipts
  1. Grantor’s/ Assignors Tax Clearance Certificate/ Development levy receipts
  1. Consent Fees
